Proofreading is an essential final stage of your novels or essays. My services are open to contemporary, fantasy, dystopian, and historical romance novels—for other genres please email me so we can chat—and high school/college essays*.

I am constantly learning about grammar to ensure you get the best quality and up-to-date knowledge for your manuscripts. If you have any questions, click contact and send me an email, I’m happy to chat!

Each manuscript will need at least 50% deposit and the other 50% upon completion before the manuscript is returned.

*college essays may need to be discussed beforehand

up to 50,000 words

50,000 to 70,000 words $280.00
70,000 to 100,000 words $305.00
over 100,000 words 0.006 for every additional word

Essays

less than 1,000 words – $35.00
1,000 to 2,999 words – $50.00
3,000 to 5,000 words – $70.00

All proofread are on a three-week turnaround unless otherwise discussed.

Extras

shorter turnaround** (dependent on requested turnaround) additional $65-$100
second round an additional $50.00

*All rates are in the Canadian Dollar and are determined based on average word count. All manuscripts will be rounded UP to the nearest 1,000.
